Skor.is, is an online shop with a large variety of shoes for women, men and children. Shopping with us is simple and economical. You'll choose the shoes you like, size and color, and put them in the online basket. Your order is

registered as soon as the payment has been made through our secure online
payment system. Immediately after payment is registered, we'll send you an
email confirming your order and payment. This confirmation is also a contract
between you and www.skor.is.

All prices in our online butique include 25.5% VAT

under no circumstances submit such information to any third party. 

Delivery and shipping costs

If an order is confirmed before noon national, it is possible that the buyer receives
the product the same day. Otherwise, as a general rule, all orders are shipped
the day after confirmation of order. Saturdays , Sundays and holidays are an
exception though. Orders made these days will be shipped the following workday.
We offer our customers free shipping within the country. Under certain
circumstances, we might exercise the right confirm an order by telephoning the
customer. Packages are sent by post directly to your address or the post office
nearest to you. It is also possible to have the purchase sent to an address
other than the buyer's, in case of the product is bought as a present, etc. As
soon as the post office receives your package, you'll get an sms confirming
that your package can be expected delivered the same evening or next morning.
In most cases it will take 1-3 days to receive the purchase, after confirmation
of order. 

Way of Payment

We accept credit cards from Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Visa Dankort
and Diners Club. When you have chosen the products you want to buy, you put
them in the online basket and do the following:
1.Fill out the required personal information
2.Chose the payment form
3.Write the number of your credit card, expiration date and the three digit
security number on the back side of the card.
Make sure that all information is correct before you submit your payment. The
payment is drawn from the card the same day the order is shipped to the
customer.
We use the secure payment system of VALITOR. 

Returned goods and payment

A buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase and return the goods, given that
they have not been used and are returned in the original packing. The clock
begins to tick when the goods have been delivered to the registered receiver.
Purchase invoice must be sent back with the returned goods. Full return payment
will be made without delay, if the above mentioned conditions are met. Costs
and responsibility for returning goods remains with the buyer, unless the
client has received a wrong or damaged product. With each order delivered is a
return note explaining which shops receive returned products. The shops in
question are Kaupfelagid, the Ecco stores, Skor.is and Steinar Waage. If you
